I had an awful time with big day!! They were friendly, but all did a terrible job! The dj announced the wrong people when he announced people walking in. My cousins were walking in and he said it was the groom's family. My co-worker caught the bouquet and be announced it was the groom's sister! I dedicated a song to the groom's sister and he played it when she was out of the room! Probably cause he thought the sister was my co-worker. His saving grace is he did a good job getting people to dance with the music selection we picked, but he still played some things we put on the do not play list. The videographer did alright, but missed some pertinent times. The photographer, omg what a nightmare. Our album was sad!! I can make a better one on shutterfly and we waited almost 2 years after the wedding! Wish I could give negative stars. We had an appetizer room and cookie room he didn't even get pictures of those. Videographer and photographer missed my dad walking in when his name was announced. He only picked and chose which tables to take pictures of instead of all the guests. We had a meeting before everything and I feel like were they all asleep? The detailed paperwork they requested was filled out way in advance. The album is pathetic. Made with thin little book material like a book I made in second grade. Only pictures and not a single word like our names and date of wedding nothing! It's not even organized nice and pictures aren't edited. Just awful. I am so disappointed. It's like they ruined my wedding. I am not a bridezilla or nitpicky by any means and I am overjoyed that I married the love of my life. However, they could've done a better job. Like what the hell this is a "big day" in people's lives! And a friend had referred us! Now I'll be making my own dignified album with my sister in laws photos since these are terrible. My high school photos from another company were gorgeous. I really wished I picked another company. It feels to me they just want you to pay them and disappear. STAY AWAY!! Sorry to do this to you big day, but you let me down. Disgraceful.
