American Eagle Corporate Office

Cant overnight a single pair of jeans properly. Your customer service sucks, and you need to be able to work more closely with the carrier that is delivering your products. Thanks for ruining my weekend!

Went to the AE in Nags Head NC. The website says open until 8 pm. Got there at 5:50pm and they said they were closed. It was not even 6 but they were closed.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! One of their employees stole my credit card and charged up a bunch of items not only from American Eagle where I left my card but from other stores through out the mall. Whatever happen to putting someones card in an envelope and securing it in the managers office until the customer can return to get it? My account is so jacked up right now due to that store in Glendale Arizona at the Arrowhead Mall and no one has reached out to me!! Don't go there ever!!!

No ones prices change faster than American eagles. Worse than eBay and Amazon. If you see something you like now better buy it cause price will double or triple overnight. Cant stand the way they do pricing anymore. Thankfully they still make quality jeans at decent prices when there is a sale. Other than that. Constant frustration with their short lived online sales.
