EQT Corporation

Completely unresponsive company. They owe my family money. I have called them three times and they do not answer the phone or return messages. I have left two emails with no reply. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint which they have also not replied to. Don't do business with this company.

You guys have owed my mom her royalty money for almost a year now! she has been getting lied to every week from a different person saying your system has been down or we changed our systems. Either fix this or I will be taking this to national news!

If this is the company that provides machines and service(?) to our building. Their CS phone number for reporting any problem is a sales pitch line for insurance.

I am a landowner and have been receiving royalty payments with EQT since 2013. Regardless of Covid-19, the Owner Relations Office has become completely unresponsive. Numerous Phone Message have been left over the last several months with no call back. I have submitted a negative comment thru the feedback section of the EQT Owner Relations Page. I have sent an e-mail to the Owner Relations Department. It is as if EQT has went dark. Their lack of responsiveness to the Landowners is totally unprofessional & unacceptable. I will keep trying to reach a live person. If I have to go the media or contact an Attorney, I am going to get them to respond back. A disappointed and irritated EQT Landowner!
