This company is a scam. All of their advertising about helping with preventative wear and tear on gas and sewer lines is bull****. In our home inspection, cracks were found on our sewer lines that we assumed would be covered by this warranty we have paid over a grand for over five years. Turns out that hidden in their terms, it says it's only covered if it's an active overflow. Save your money and do not use Reliable Homeworks! Reliable my ass.

Wow some of the rudest people on the phone. I purchased a gas line protection agreement was told it would start on March 1st 2018 I was told and recorded that they would Bill me or invoice me before it started. I never received the bill. I called them to find out what happened they tell me...oh we don't bill you must just send us a check and then after you send us a check Will Bill you after that..not what they said not what is on record but they still now won't acknowledge it or start the protection agreement until April 1st sounds like they don't stick to their contracts ...warning sign for using it for any for service.. Hope i never need it but still going to try 6 months and see what happens....

I was happy I had Homeworks insurance through People's gas when a gas leak was discovered in my home. AGL Enterprises were dispatched for the repair. Because I paid for a temporary line this was considered a non emergency and waited a week for the repair.  Now a week later I am waiting to have the hole backfilled because it is not an emergency. AGL refuses to give me a date when this job will be complete. Needless to say a huge hole in the front yard is a DANGER to the children and animals in my neighborhood and not just an inconvenience.  Called Homeworks for help with this issue and spoke with a very nice man who said he would call them but not much he can do if they consider it a non emergency. Sounds like Homeworks should hire some additional contractors to complete the job in a timely manner. Unfortunately my husband has a heart condition and unable to do the work necessary to rectify this DANGER in my front yard.

This company is a scam. I had heard that they would likely try to get out of paying for any issue that may arise. But, I tried them and signed up for all of their options. The first time I had an issue, they said that they hadn't received my payment. However, I pay through Peoples Gas and I have a credit on my account. Neither "Reliable" Homeworks or Peoples Gas notified me of any issue. Then, when I called, they informed me that they hadn't received payments from Peoples. Save your money and don't pay them a penny. One way or another, they'll find a way out of serving their customers.
