We recently underwent a double bathroom renovation. The master bath was completely re-reconfigured, and the main bathroom required replacing the tub and tiling and repositioning the linen closet. The master bathroom was quite a major undertaking as the initial footprint of the bathroom was about 42 ft.. Now it is close to 100 ft.. We had to steal space from a closet and adjacent bedroom to expand the small bathroom. Ryans team did an exceptional job in listening to I wanted to achieve, communicating when what I wanted would either have been too costly or not possible and suggesting alternatives to what I initially planned. It definitely required a lot of communication, but could not have been successful without the intense effort put forward by the guys that Ryans got working for him . Bob was our main project manager and he was on time at 7:30 AM every day and was great to work with. He does exceptional, detailed work. I couldnt be happier with the outcome of my master bathroom. The main bathroom really only had a minor renovation done to it but it looks beautiful as well, considering the ugly duck that it was when we began. I highly recommend Ryan Adams construction. They did a phenomenal job on my bathrooms and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Our house is 123yr/old. It was very hard to find someone to do a basement hatch door and basement interior door. Adam construction did an amazing job. Cement work was very well done. Professional and friendly... highly recommend for job well done. Service: General repairs

Adams construction did a fantastic job with my home renovation. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about such a major project and Ryan did a great job of explaining every step to me and helping me through the process. I absolutely love my new space! We contacted Adams Construction to remove an old fiberglass tub/shower and install a new tile shower. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable when he showed up to give us a quote. He also gave us an approximate time frame when the work would start, and an approximate duration of the job. The quote was fair. Ryan was very clear that the quote was labor and construction materials - we had to buy any visible/design materials: Tile, grout, shower fixtures, and shower door. All other materials were covered in the quote. All timing estimates were spot on. Bob did our job. On day one, he hung plastic to protect the vanity area of the bathroom. He put down drop cloths to protect the new floor. This was an upstairs bathroom, and he covered the carpet in the hall and down the steps with protective plastic. The effort that went in to minimizing the mess was above and beyond. The work was excellent. They poured a shower floor rather than use a plastic pan. The tile work was excellent. Shower door installation was also top notch. All grout and caulking looks just as it should. They are very flexible, as well. The drain grate Bob brought didn't match our fixtures, so Bob went to Home Depot and texted pictures of various options. We chose a square drain that has the tile in the middle, and they did that tile work as well. Even though they build a recess in their showers, we decided mid-job that we needed more space. Bob had no problems adding a corner shelf and a straight shelf on the fly. At the end of the job, Bob cleaned up way better than we expected. Overall, the experience was smooth and easy.
