Horrible. 5th Ave Place, Downtown Pittsburgh. Hair cooked into my bacon. Very unprofessional. Reported experience they sent my 3 $5 gift cards. I will NEVER eat there again.

My daughter and I were treated horribly by one of the female grill cooks, we attempted to speak to the manager who I believe is the franchise owner to no avail. They do not have the customer's satisfaction in focus. The female cook was rude and disrespectful and will NEVER purchase there again and will make sure everyone I know is told about my poor customer experience.
