I have been a customer for over 10 years and they have always done a fine job with my awning installing in spring and storing over winter and I'm sure this year will be the same. They are very concerned about their customers. Mary

Family matters have apparently caused them to close their doors. Trying to be sympathetic but an alternate plan should have been implemented to get customers their awnings installed as requested. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you for putting up our awning. We do appreciate you coming through on your word. Now, I can't speak for all of your customers but we would have understood if you had called and told us. Even a simple "Hi, having some health issues. Not 100% sure when we'll get your awning up. Please be patient" would have been great! However, finding out from the news that you put a sign on your door and then to hear your full voicemail change to a generic greeting really put us on edge! Again, thank you for putting up our awning. Just a little better customer service next time please.

Ordered a new awning. Paid 1/2 of amount up front.Was to be installed in 4 to 6 weeks, Called many times ...phone out of order or mailbox full. not good! Update: May 2020. Finally had the new awning installed last year and talked to Frank in-depth about their current business practices. He agreed and assured me all would change and be fine. As a loyal customer for many years I figured that we are all human and "things happen". so I had Chrisman take down the new awning in late fall and store it for the winter. I began calling the shop this April (2020) and as of today, May14 the phone 'is out of service' I am asking Frank and Rose to please respond and contact me so that I might at least recover my brand new expensive awning from their Butler St. facility.
