Love Pamplin, this is your aunt, and you are telling lies. He did everything by book. You was just being greedy and trying to take all the insurance money. You didnt even have a relationship with your father, but you are reaping the rewards. You even took money from your brother because you were being greedy. 33.3 % to 40% is the rate typically applied to cases such as the one you describe. Did you expect it to be pro bono knowing thats how he feeds his family? You should be appreciative he kept it on the low end . I have worked with this firm twice. I find them fair , professional, and eager to win with integrity. You simply have to pay for quality services. Quality work isnt free and free work usually isnt quality !
