Bamboo porch blinds I ordered came with cords unstrung and just wrapped up. I phoned to get directions. No answer and voice mail full. Spent hours trying to string blinds that should have been delivered ready to install!

Had a problem with an order and can not get any response. Broken item, substituted item, item printed in French (shows English on the website). Mail box is full (and has been for months). No answer on multiple e-mails. Customer service used to be great a couple of years ago, but has continually gone down hill since then.

So far not so good, been dealing with this company for a few years they used to be in Cincinnati Ohio. Even though there were some errors in some of my orders, most of the time my orders went pretty smooth this time my order had three missing mask which we use in shadow boxes my wife Cheryl placed the order, as of yet we have not received three of the 6 masks we ordered. The part I don't understand the phone number says the mailbox is filled and it's been a while since the phone number worked. I've emailed them twice still no response order date 6/27 2019 it is now 7/16 2019 steal waiting I will update this review when I get my order completed.
