I’ve had a wonderful experience working out at 9Round. The trainers are super encouraging and show us how to do each workout. I was hooked after the first workout(which is free by the way!) highly recommend!!!!

Great workouts, always changing. I love that I get an all over workout in 30 minutes. The trainers are amazing, very attentive and ready to modify a move if you need it.

Love that it’s a kick@ss 30 min workout...it’s the perfect amount of time. It’s not about working longer, its about working smarter. Having a trainer with you every step of the way, to encourage and push you, adds a whole new level of intensity. I also love how empowered it makes me feel, I always leave feeling strong and confident. My body is changing, and I feel amazing!!

The trainers are fantastic!! I love that it’s only 30 minutes and done. Super convenient for a busy schedule. Best workout to get rid of stress and anxiety from the day.
