GREAT SERVICE! We recently got new windows installed and afterward our extra-large shade would not roll back up when pulled down. Steve from Acme Window Shade Co came to our house today to resolve the issue. He showed up as scheduled and on time. He very quickly and efficiently identified the problem and fixed it on the spot! He was friendly and professional, left it clean, and his price was most reasonable! My husband was ready to spend hundreds of dollars unnecessarily for a new shade, but Acme Window Shade Co saved the day! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I haven't been this satisfied with a service call in quite a long time. I would call them again in a NY minute. These guys are truly a breath of fresh air!

Steve Caplan came to All Saints' Church and fixed our shade pully in a matter of seconds and went the extra step and replaced another pully that he saw was taped. So pleasant and professional! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I have purchased all of the blinds in my home through Acme Window Shade and highly recommend them. I had a small issue with my vertical blinds, and Steve promptly came out and fixed it free of charge. Thanks, Steve!

Have been using Acme for years. Always great service. Last week had a issue with my verticals where one cracked, called Acme, figuring I'd could buy a new one to replace it. Even though they were 5 years old they gave me the parts to fix the original one. They helped me after 5 years, that's customer service. Thank You Acme.
