Im really pleased with the service I got from Bryan and the rest of his team at Smart Shield Windows. I recently purchased an investment property that needed some windows replaced and a new exterior door. Although I wanted to, I wasnt ready to replace all the windows. Bryan helped me choose which ones I would benefit from changing and which ones I could wait on. The install happened sooner than I expected which was a pleasant surprise! The new windows look fantastic and are much higher quality than what I had. I have already recommended Smart Shield and would happily use them again. Thanks Bryan! Had a to replace a window because of a freak accident. Bryan and his team at Smart Shield were immediately responsive to my queries and provided me a quote that was reasonable and exactly what I needed. Other companies I consulted with were clearly trying to gauge me, SmartShield was fair and professional. The window took a while to be made, that is likely the result of backorders and supply chain issues, while annoying the company was honest and straight forward about the delays and were transparent about what was happening. The new window looks great, I am very happy with the service and quality. I would recommend to anyone that needs new windows. I had been considering replacing all the windows in my house, so I spoke to multiple companies/contractors. In the end I decided to hold off on the project, but Bryan from Smart Shield Windows was great to deal with. He was pleasant, followed up with me regularly, was forthcoming with information, answered all my questions, and provided a very competitive quote. If I decide to do this later, I will definitely consider Smart Shield Windows.

Bryan and his team did a great job with the new window installation. Bryan was very knowledgeable in the window options, sizing, and process leading up to installation. Mike, the installer, was very skilled in his craft, installing in a timely manner, and making sure all the finished touches were on point.
