WRS Dumpster Rental

we were told this was a flat rate fee of $485 which I paid prior to delivery, we had dumpster picked up within the agreed upon time frame, I just now looked @ my bank statement & see I was again changed another $117.50, no one contacted me or informed me of this additional change.When I called office I was told they tried contacting me thru email but there is absolutely no email, phone call or text. The man I SW then hung up the phone ! I feel this is very poor business practice. What a terrible surprise when I looked @ my bank statement. I should have been notified prior to this charge. I'm now also told something different, that there is a weight limit, that was not made clear @ time I ordered dumpster. Buyer be ware of all & any additional unexplained charges !!! I am a senior citizen on a very restricted income, I have been taken advantage of !!! Services: General junk removal, House/garage cleanout

I called for a quote to rent a dumpster in st Clair and was told they dont service that area. Very confused I asked if they would resume service in st Clair in the future and I was told "yaaaa probably not." How is your buisness advertised to be in st Clair and not service that area?
