THIS APARTMENT IS HORRIBLE !!!! CRACKS IN WALLS ALLOWING MOVING ROOM FOR ROACHES !!! INFESTED WITH NETS AND ROACHES DUE TO MOLD OLD PIPES AND CACKED UP PAINT ON WALLS FROM YEARS AGO !! This place is not worth $875 a month !!

Very shady treatment while checking out multiple units. Management would promise to follow up on concerns and never mention them again. The units were all in pretty bad shape, huge gaps between the flooring and moulding that allow for bugs, visible history of mold and water damage in multiple units, years-old rotted caulking in bathrooms, hallways smell of weed, visible wiring in basement is not up to code. The management also manages Wallingford apartments and the building by Tulpehocken. Both received gloriously bad reviews about poor maintenance. I noticed management's priorities when they threatened to give away the apartment I had already gone through the trouble of issuing a certified check for, but making a very poor effort to give me the flexibility to walk if the numerous issues with it weren't fixed. I saw 4-5 units in two buildings from them and was never impressed, while there is a lot of space there's no reason to walk into a year-long bad deal with these shady folks.
