I definitely will use this service again! The vet I spoke to was very patient and addressed all of my concerns and they even followed up the next day with a real person who text me and I didn’t notice the text for a few days, so I replied anyway and then they responded with my pet’s name and all, so it’s not some automatic reply. Plus days later for them to say they were happy “ Perki was feeling better.” I thought was very personable customer service which I appreciate! The whole experience was cheaper than taking her to the vet, less stress for all of us and the outcome was great so 5 stars for sure!

Hello Ralphie was a Godsend over this past holiday weekend when my regular vet was closed and I ran out of my cat Spencer’s thyroid medication. They responded within a couple minutes of my inquiry, found a veterinarian in my state and set up a video call for the same afternoon. The staff at Hello Ralphie were super pleasant to deal with and the vet they connected me with was amazing. Hello Ralphie made sure the prescription was called in to Chewy who they partner with frequently and it shipped that day. Hello Ralphie followed up with me afterwards to make sure Spencer was OK and that I was all set. I’m so glad I found this service and highly recommend it to anyone in a pinch for veterinary care.

This is my 3rd time using hello ralphie! They are so convenient, professional and personable. Dr. Anderson is fantastic she was very informative and gave great advice. They even checked in to make sure my dog received his meds and to see how he was feeling. I would highly recommend them you won't regret it!!!
