3/19/24 The main entrance and driveway for the multi-level free parking is located off of South University Ave, NOT Woodland Ave. Your navigation system may take you to Woodland Ave. The traffic leading in and out of the main entrance is generally busy at most times but moves. The facility appears well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and respectful.
Arrived at 9:52am for a 10:30am appointment, was promptly seen, and departed by 11:20am.

To be fair...when it comes to the actual providers/doctors/medical staff, I've had good experiences.
However, the administrative and other support staff is nothing short of rude, condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't know what kind of outreach program you're utilizing in order to staff the VA, but it's not working.
Perhaps hire people who are genuinely interested in helping people who have actually served their country instead of ignorant brats who only want a paycheck.

Was told to be here at 11am. Waited 40 minutes before they called me to let me know that they couldn't see me until 1pm. There are no other patients waiting. I'm the only one in the waiting room
