        Had a terrible experience with the owner William and Anita. But the daycare itself is good and the director Ms.Shavonne is great and the teachers at OCDS is great as well. Love the team but the owners are terrible in my personal experience and all about money.

        My son almost died at this school. This school started off great but with the increased turnover of executive directors and teachers, it just got increasingly worse. My son had an asthma attack there. None of the teachers or administrations knew what to do or did anything to alert me. They just said he threw up but no rush to pick up. When I arrived he was sitting in the corner fighting to breathe while the latest executive was just standing there putting bananas out in the table. I rushed him to the hospital where he was for 3 days. When I told the manager allHe did was blame US for not alerting the new executive director nor should we have had my son's medicine in his book bag. Because if the high turn over, the new staff should have simply looked at the records. the Instead of taking any responsible for this episode trying to do a better job of educating his staff on asthma, if untreated could have taken my son's life to be honest as it has happened in other centers, he just blamed us. This place is horrible. At least this location. And I hope the shut it down immediately.

      Olde City Day School Germantown is situated in the Flying Horse Center at 5534 Pulaski Street. The closest cross streets are Pulaski and Chenten Aves. Built-in 1926, the two-story elevator building boasts high ceilings, plenty of natural light, vast flexible space, an Art Deco faade and a beautifully restored brick and stucco faade. The building gets its name from the Flying Horse Garage ', a business that after housed an automotive sales office and repair garage. This property is both award-winning & a leading exemplory instance of industrial reuse in Philadelphia. Today, it's certainly one of Germantown's most important buildings; a tipping point for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and town alike. This property is considered as a leading example of industrial reuse in Philadelphia and can be an inspiration for development projects in Germantown. The project was recognized along side leading firms, not merely locally, but across the country. OCDS is pleased to be part of the transformation of an obsolete parking garage into what has now become an educational and office building. This property pays homage to the industrial past and provides a vision for a brand new industrial and urban renaissance. The 52,650 sq.ft. building has been renovated to convert it in to a two-story modern building with 28 secure indoor parking spaces and 62 exterior plus an elevator with main entrance lobby making pickup and disappear a breeze.
