1 star for delivery and a clean van. My family and I have been using SuperTrans for YEARS, since when their Philly to JFK was still $40. The services was always just ok with really long hours on a 3hrs ride. Today, the lady I spoke to hung up on my twice, told me I was annoying her and needed to make up my mind in regards to being picked up from my home vs. at McDonald's on the boulevard at 5am. I was always picked up from home and dropped off as well so it was very surprising that I had to pay extra to get the same services I got when the rides were 50% less than what they are now. With drivers holding on to your change and keeping it as tip without it being given to them. All that I can do with. This lady was very unpleasant; told me I was annoying her and it was not a complicated situation, told me to make up my mind and then hung up. I will rather pay $1000 elsewhere than ever Support this very rude, very unprofessional, and very meh business.

Was able to arrange a last minute trip from Philadelphia to JFK. Very professional and convenient.

I travelled out of country in February of this year and unfortunately I fractured my left foot. When the driver came to pick my wife and myself up at Liberty International Airport there was a miscommunication because he stopped at the wrong gate. Because I was on crutches at the time, it was difficulty for me to walk to the gate where he had packed. I came out of the Airport, raised my hand and asked him to please reverse. The driver got so mad and started yelling profanity to my wife an I. I got angry walked to the van and started defending myself . The driver pulled away and refused to take us. I called and asked the gentleman at their dashboard, he said there was nothing he could do. I booked an Uber and when I got home and checked my account they had already debited my account for a service they did not performed. I call their office the following day and had them refund my money. This is a horrible company. Please avoid them as best as possible.

On Time to and from phila to JFK. Van was new and clean. Drivers were pleasant and engaging
