        DO NOT USE!!! I purchased a property in January and the deed is still not recorded. I reached out to them and they said they would get back to me and now they ignore all my calls and emails.

        Everything went through fine for the closing, but for some reason it took Old City the better part of 4 months to record the deed? It's caused some issues for us and the previous home owner regarding the payment of local taxes and utilities. It also looks like our loan information was sold because we have been receiving numerous advertisements which have included our loan details since our deed was recorded.
