Metro by T-Mobile

This store is horrible!!!! This Spanish knuckle head did not like his authority challenged! He created a hostile environment and with his body language and made me leave the store and then locked the door. I couldn't believe it.....he just went left for no reason.

I want to commend the manager of the store at 6901 Stenton,Angela. She is helpful,informative and without a doubt patient. She has helped me several times. Taking time to make sure I understand. One time she was alone in store but she did not rush me even though other customers had come into the store. I hope she is recognized for her great customer service. I have been to several Metro stores with sad results, so it is nice to find someone who can answer your questions and is willing to do. I am an older person.
