        KD Financial at 1700 Frankford Avenue is okay once you are in the office and having your service(s) performed but prior to that they are terrible at responding to calls and emails. They have an online scheduler which makes it easy to make an appointment but because it is online and automated there is no confirmation that they received your appointment request. Great service would be a call or email 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm. This may be the last year I use their services for personal and business returns. I expect more communication when I'm paying almost $400 for a service.
