Simply the worse customer service and lack of quality I've ever experienced. There was a misunderstanding in the time they've closed, so by the time I came back to pick up my order they were close. Cool , so I decided to go back the next day and before I could get a word out, the owner actually became extremely rude, aggressive and condescending. And to make matters worse, he saved my platter overnight and intended to give me old food, rather than just remake my food, provide a credit or just give me a refund. I've never felt so degraded and offended in my life. Mind you that I'm a neighbor in the neighborhood that has been a loyal customer to them for almost 3 years now. I will never give them an ounce of my hard earned money ever again. Hence, the food is disgusting and the service is trash. Anyone that truly believes that the food is good here is lying to themselves and only like them for their convenience and operational hours. A business like this should just never exist. They fail to realize that the area is changing, therefore empathy and real customer service is imperative to remain successful. Bad attitudes and racist. At your own risk but understand that they don't value you.
