Dress Right Tailor

Hi! This is my first time going to Dress Right Tailor. Im 53 so every night gown I purchase always needs to be altered. Often in length and straps. Went with just a week notice and two gowns needing it urgently since it was for a destination wedding, and not only was everything done perfectly, but it was done before the scheduled ticket time. Really happy. From now on bringing all my clothes here. Service: Alterations

Rich is the best. I've been going to him for years and he never disappoints. I tailor a lot of my clothes and he's so good he can just look at me, then the clothes and knows exactly what to do.

had a number of things altered. They did an ok job, but seemed to really struggle with the hems of both a skirt and wrap dress I needed shortened. The skirt was intended to be reversible, but they didn't make the inner and outer layers the same length, so I had to bring it back for repair. When I picked it up the second time, part of the inner layer was still showing in places -- the hemming was really uneven. I pointed it out, and they guy's answer was "that kind of skirt is really tough." And then they still expected me to pay! Needless to say, I won't be returning. Service: Alterations
