My experience with this restaurant has been singularly awful. Let me put up a disclaimer that I don't usually do reviews of places I ate or whatnot, and when I do they are generally positive. I don't make a habit of putting out bad reviews for the hell of it (or even reviews in general). This place, however, was such an awful experience that I feel I'd be doing a disservice to NOT spend a couple minutes on this. The service was alright, then again I was there for takeout so I couldn't comment on that anyway. The decor was passable as well. What really annoyed me was the food, but I'll get to that in a bit. First I want to comment on the entertainment they had set up. A TV in the back, and a radio station playing loudly across the room. I ask you- if you have a decent TV, why not put THAT on the overhead speakers? No, that would be logical- instead, they put on some janky christian radio full blast, so I got an earful of putting "christ back in Christmas". Sure. Now onto the food. What struck me first is the portion size- the food was all bloody mini! The spring rolls, the rice box, the sushi... all in miniature. That wouldn't have even been a big deal if the food was decent, but it was (and I'm sorry to say this) absolutely terrible! The spring rolls were, of course, tiny and were packed with some foul-smelling herb. The sauce they came with was equally terrible. The sushi was lacking in any form or taste, and honestly tasted really old. In short, it was all bad, with a wacky aftertaste. The chicken was edible, yet it was entirely too oily and was packed in way too much breading. TL:DR the food here comes in small, bad tasting portions. I know I won't be coming back here- I'm just sorry about the lost $17.
