The Boston Street side of this building is covered in trash. It is the responsibility of the owner to maintain the appearance of this building and it's public safety. Look at the stairs entering this place with no railing. Even worse look at the police sitting there and they don't care either. This needs to be called into L&I as a public safety issue. Hope a child doesn't fall off those steps.
