Started looking for snow removal company for a business in October. Spoke to Vince, who assured me no less than three (3) times that he would be out to look at the property over the course of a few weeks. Still haven't heard back from him after several attempts (its now January - and we've only had one snow storm so far this season). Can only imagine how good the service is when it does snow if this is how they operate just to give a price.
