I've been taking my shoes to Dom's for repairs (mostly re-heeling, occasionally re-soling, and once the punching of buckle holes in very old fashioned shoes) for years. When his 8th Street location was being renovated, I wasn't aware that he had other locations, so I tried some different show repair places. None of them were as good as Dom's. He and everyone in his shop are always polite and professional, and he always gets the job done when he says he will. He's gone above and beyond for me more than once when I was in a hurry or had an unusual request (re: the very old fashioned shoes I mentioned above). Dom is the best!
