I have constantly used BOR for my shoe repair & services. I've always been impressed with their quality repairs & customer service. However, I called today just to inquire about  average cost for a shine & potential turn around. I was met with, "good luck buddy, we don't have one price & we don't quote turn around times...we're reservation only." Far cry from my previous interactions. I will no longer be recommending BOR to my colleagues & friends due to this interaction. Sad, but they just lost me as a customer.

Just dropped off 5 pairs of shoes today. This place is pricey, but repairing your shoes will lead to less waste. The owner is very nice and friendly, and willing to repair anything! Pick up time is estimated to be 7-8 days. Pricing - Birks sandals' heel resole: $35 - Birks sandals' full resole: $55 - Birks sandals' full resole + cork bed replacement: $95 - Cole Haan boots' heel resole: $40 - Clarks' heel resole + lining replacement: $45

I brought 3 pairs of boots in to get fixed The guy told me Nine West soles were different and would cost me $90 because they were so difficult. I ended up resoling them myself for $10. Very rude and wasn't helpful. Would not repair my other boots either.
