UPS Access Point location

Refused to access my package that was supposed to delivered at this location. First, The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery. / Your delivery will be rescheduled. Second, Unable to deliver to UPS Access Point; will reattempt delivery to UPS Access Point the next business day Philadelphia, PA, United States. Finally this, Returning to Sender The package was refused by the receiver and will be returned to the sender. Philadelphia, PA, United States Never used this location for any of your UPS services. You will regret it.

I tried to update the exact location of the UPS access point. It's inside the Sag Carpet and Rug store next to Randi's restaurant. Initially maps took me to "Shish Kabob Palace" and it seemed that people have been going in there for a while thinking it was the UPS point lol I took some photos of the outside it's deep in the plaza like where the Grant theater is. The lady in the Carpet store was sweet and they have great quality Carpets and rugs! Side note only pre-packaged and pre-packaged labeled packages!
