        I understand they want to rip off customers by charging an additional handling fee. But when you have a corporate account and the label printed, they still wont let you drop your package off. They insist you wait in line behind 50 people after a conference. Completely useless location.

        Dont bother. You must pay fees here to drop packages even if they are fully paid for because its in the convention center. Yet another way FedEx punishes you for doing business with them.
