Just came here for brunch with my boyfriend. The crispy squid salad and avocado toast were drool worthy. The manager Sonia was very knowledgeable and hospitable. She made an excellent wine recommendation .

Phenomenal. We got a variety of east and west coast oysters, the branzino, and crab linguine. ON POINT! Will return. We sat at the bar right in front of the raw guys and loved it. There was a 1 hour wait for a table but we did arrive in the thick of it on a Friday evening without reservations.

We were super excited to go and try out this place, even though reviews were mixed. We made reservations, but didn't need them. The place was EMPTY when we walked in, except for one couple at the bar. I'm not complaining...but it really spoke volumes since Thursday's in the city are the beginning of the weekend for us. The place is BEAUTIFUL and the staff friendly and attentive. The food, however, was lack luster. We ordered the Hamachi Ceviche. It looked fresh and well presented. However, the hamachi tasted old and fishy. It was also tough. The dressing was bitter. We ordered the mussels as well. The waitress could not explain the sauce at all...but we love mussels, so we just ordered them. They were a very nice size, but full of sand. I mean, big granules of them crunching in our mouths. And the sauce was sweet and didn't really pair well. Our large plates were MUCH better. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great! (By the way, there is a different bar menu...but you have to ask about it if you sit at a table because it isn't mentioned. But you can order from it, if you want.) We also got the scallops, which were like butter! But, the green curry sauce had no flavor at all and it was just COVERED in parsley. The place has tons of potential, though. Maybe we went on an off day for the chef, I don't know. For now, my review stands at 3 stars. We might give it another try one day...but it's a bit expensive to try again on a "what if".
