Conveniently located on the first floor of Wills Eye, this tiny little coffee shop is perfect if you've got a nearby appointment along Walnut street.  I docked a star because nothing is really fresh - you can see and hear that little microwave beeping away.I've stopped in here several times when I'm in the area. Service is fairly fast, the people who were there are very friendly, and they provide a few seats by a giant window for great people watching. As a plus, it's inside so you aren't forced to sit outside in the elements to grab a quick snack or coffee.

Worst experience ever! Maybe go later in the day but not early morning if u want an espresso based drink. I feel bad but I have to give my rating because there was no manager available for me to speak to. There was a sweet older woman working the cafe station very sweet BUT she had no idea what she was doing outside of basic coffee pours. She had no real knowledge or training on how to prepare the espresso based drinks. I paid almost $9 for a small iced mocha and croissant sandwich the iced mocha was full of powder tasted grainy n waaaayyy to rich it overpowered the espresso flavor she attempted to remake it four times after I told her its ok dont worry about it just cancel that drink. I felt horrible because she didnt know how to process a refund on the register (it was one of those iPad devices) so she said shed just remake it. I left it alone and just waited. I got there at 6:44am didnt leave until 7:10am my drink was still horrible. My suggestion is maybe post a sign stating no espresso drinks available until... after a certain time when she has more help. This was a horrible service and I was late for work. So many other espresso places in the area but I gave this one a try because its right next to my job. Never again! I paid close to 9 bucks for a drink full of powder chocolate syrup and uneven espresso I feel violated LOL!
