Papa John's Pizza

The customer service I received tonight was disappointing and unacceptable. The food handling that I saw take place was unsanitary and unsafe. I placed my order online. I arrived at Papa Johns and was greeted by a young lady working but on her personal cell phone. She continued her personal cell phone conversation while asking me my name for my order. She went back near the oven and told me the pizza was coming out of the oven. I waited for at least 10 minutes. While waiting I observed another male employee (assuming he's a delivery driver) with his coat on standing around. The female employee asked the male employee to make two large pizzas. He proceeded to take his coat off and go grab some dough to prepare a pizza. He never washed his hands. He proceeded to make the pizza. The young lady didn't have a hair net or hat on, hair hanging all over, no gloves on, also never washed her hands while handling boxes, pizza, her personal cell phone, the cash register, etc. Meanwhile I'm waiting for my food. She proceeds to box up 3-4 pizzas. She brings one pizza up to me then looks at the screen and realizes she doesn't have the right order. My order was sitting in the holding area all along. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my food because the employee wasn't paying attention and was pre-occupied in a personal conversation while working. Needless to say after what I observed tonight I will not be ordering from this Papa John's anymore. If this is the behavior that transpires in front of customers I can only imagine what happens when customers are not present or looking. Disgusting.
