        The bagel was a bit bread like to me. Lots of toppings but not that crunch you would expect. This could be a Philly thing vs a NY or NJ bagel. The salmon spread didn't have much salmon

Our bagels are made in a Montreal style which is known for their smaller size, sweeter taste, and denser texture compared to New York-style bagels, they're boiled in honey-sweetened water before being baked in wood-fired ovens, imparting a distinct flavor profile.
