Reid (and team) were all so helpful in getting our house sold. We met with a lot of agents in the selection of our selling agent and were impressed with his knowledge of the market, honesty in what to expect, and his attentiveness to getting our house sold. We wanted to move quickly and he scheduled a photographer, got our house on the market, and got open houses scheduled within a very short amount of time. We were very happy with our experience selling our home and would recommend Reid for any and all real estate needs!

Reid, Arielle, and the rest of the team went above and beyond while helping us buy our Center City Condo! Our search was mostly during Covid and while we were not living in the area. They expertly and professionally helped us with all aspects of our search, (difficult)negotiations and closing. They are also the nicest people to work with! We used Andrew Blumberg as our real estate agent for our first time home purchase and I have to say he was phenomenal. He spent multiple days over the weekend showing us homes all around Philadelphia while also giving us great information on the different neighborhoods. He took the time to know us so that he could find not only the best home but also the best location. Once we put an offer down on our home; Andrew was fantastic in following up with the sellers and working with the Mortgage Company in order to get the purchase closed.
