Had an interview with them, unfortunately I didn't get selected. I would still like to say the interview process was in a great setting (even though someone walked in by accident at the beginning lol). The interviewer was accommodating, polite and professional. I would have loved the opportunity to work there, but glad I could at least get an interview! Company is growing, so LOTS of room for new opportunities!

STILL NOT PAID. and they had the audacity to block me on Instagram for calling them out on a post 😂 Sadly I'm experiencing the same as Larry, below. I'm owed over $50k and all my invoices, emails, phone calls and voicemails go unanswered. I see a couple more people saying the same - seems to be a common occurrence. Be prepared to not get paid with Odin Properties :(

It's been a year and we are still owed $52,016. CONTRACTORS BEWARE of doing any work with this company. We did their snow contract (never a penny paid) and cleaning contract (some payments made) PLUS apartment rehabs and maintenance work when they didn't have the staff due to the pandemic. $52k is outstanding with hundreds of phone calls and emails left unanswered. Then they asked to settle at 20k. Beware of doing any work with this company. They'll comment how they care and want to get this resolved and that's the extent of it. Finally going the court route since this is unreasonable.
