        Went to the store today and without saying hello or good morning, the employee tells " Im not open yet". I ask her how is she not open yet but she is serving a woman at her register? She tells me that the woman she is serving was only buying water. The employee never asks me what I wanted to buy. I filed a complaint but have not heard from the company as of yet. I would love to know why I wasnt served but others were?

        Every single time I step into this location, the associate is always pleasant with me while getting my pretzel or pretzels.

        This location never have hot pretzels. It's horrible...

        The pretzels are not made on site and are always cold and hard and stale. You're better off going to the one on sansom st.
