Buyer Beware: In this age of technological advancement and at the speed of which information is processed it truly makes no sense why it would take six months to get faulty equipment replaced!!! and still waiting.......I purchased a Crown boiler two years ago and it hasn't worked through an entire winter season yet and now they're giving me the runaround about submitting pictures of the faulty part (which I've done twice) and still can't get any resolution to this problem. So my advice to anyone looking to purchase a boiler, DO YOUR RESEARCH and go anywhere else other than Crown!!!!

Had a crown boiler for 7 years. Cracked on the top. The plumbing company who installed it suggested to inquire about the warranty. Send an email and a letter but so far not a peep from them. Stay away from their products...

Never use this company!!! My parents boiler broke on them last winter they still haven't fix the issue still waiting on parts, it's been almost a year where is it coming from the North Poll. I've sent emails they go unanswered, if I don't get a resolution soon I will be taking them to court...

People in general usually is I can gauge people in general for having good character
Because I seem to have a good sense for good character from people
so regarding Keith Littig in the
warranty department, he is a fantastic person
and very considerate to people and
especially customers as well which is me . I must
mention also Jessica who is also a very genuine and considerate young Lady
who provides quality concern for
customers in giving information to assist customers
Remember this warranty was completed in 1 day amazing staff!!!!
I truly appreciate their quality and level of care and concern for the public which we are customers
Remember I am not a distributor and they still gave me the steps to get your warranty satisfied
The other company is Joe at Labov plumbing & Heating very helpful wholesaler who serves crown customers
He was fantastic in this process
The unfortunate thing people the customers .
We tend not to communicate well with people who do work with serving the people
Oh yes there are companies who don't know how to serve the people
Again not Crown boilers which is Velocity

Had switched our steam boiler from oil to natural gas just under 8 years ago. Boiler stops working, had the same company that installed the boiler come to repair it. Ends up the cast iron heater core is rotted on the top of the heater core. Allied Crown for warranty but since there was only two years of warranty left they could only a rebate of a new unit. Rebate was in the amount of $250. Crown blames installer for the install. Installer was a certified Crown installer. After much deliberation we ended up getting screwed and opted to go with a different company. Paid over $8000 for the original installation and now again over $8000 for a new unit. All within an 8 year time frame. Never use Crown. Worst customer service and complete scum bags. Unit looks brand new. Other installers said they have nothing good to say about Crown and now neither do I. Stay away.
