I contacted the parent service mt airy plumbing after I received a video from my tenant of a clogged laundry sink. Mt Airy plumbing took my information and sent a different company out to my home which was Murphy’s Plumbing. The services started off well but as the time went on over 3days I realized that I was just scammed out of $675.00. The first diagnosis was a cracked pipe, fixed that. Then the laundry sink, changed that and left all the material and trash behind. Next he has to dig up the ground to connect the pipe. Thats an extra $225.00, I agree, pay and the issue still isn’t fixed. The laundry sink is no longer draining the water. What’s next, the clogged drain? This is the third day and my drain is still clogged. After 3 days of uncertainty, I called another company to complete the job. Murphy’s plumbing left trash, a huge laundry tube on my grass and a cracked drain cover out back. Thank you. Now I have to replace a drain cover that was cracked by Murphy’s plumbing, pay to have a service remove the laundry tube and fix the original issue of a clogged pipe. Do your research before having anyone start a service! This was a waste of time and money!
