Michael Taurino of Rise Above Plumbing in Pennsylvania is the biggest scam artist EVER! Stay as far away from him as possible. He steals money and robs hard working people of their money. He is a complete scam and is not a licensed plumber. He is completely broke and has to steal money from others in order to keep his so called business running. I would give him zero stars if possible. He robbed us and we were good to him. He stole almost a thousand dollars from us and lied to us countless times. You can't believe a word that comes out of his mouth. After stealing money and from us and lying to our face countless times we finally gave up working with him. STAY AWAY MIKE TAURINO IS A COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST!
