Their.pizza is good but their shop is dirty

On a Friday afternoon my 15 year old daughter called and tried to order some pizza when she was rudely asked for an adult, mind you that my daughter is pretty mature,and I’ve never had any problems like this before. The woman on the phone sounded like she was a bit older, and from the start she had an attitude with my child, and disrespectfully accused her of prank calling and hung up on her before she could even place her order. After her coming home and trying to call again that woman hung up on her for the second time I then had my husband call and call place this order which we needed for a birthday party which had already started and everyone was waiting for food. I then had to go into the store, pay for and then receive me food 30 minutes later. I understand that some children may prank call and this may get frustrating, but for people like me, that needed the pizza shouldn’t have to go through this process. Try not to assume next time Renzi’s.

Renzi's is a consistent family favorite. On pizza night wins almost everytime! We live 20 min away and kids still insist. Plain pie and cheese fries 10stars.
