Just got a steak Stromboli and it was soaked in sauce. So much that the bottom just fell apart. Usually get good food from here but not this time.

I give it two stars because I order from here three times I send my daughter in here on the way home from work to pick up a large pizza and it's been raw dough two out of three times. I updated this to include that I finally went inside and this place is not sanitary. No gloves. Dirty old sandwich prep cutting board. Handled food with bare hands. I lower to 1 star. We will be back if and when they straighten up. Handling raw egg with bare hands and then handling rolls without washing your hands is very unsanitary it can make people sick.

I been ordering delivery from here for a while now 1/1/22 I decided to pick up my order ounce arriving the counter girl was extremely nice after a few seconds I see a roll next a dirty rag I said something about it she threw it away I then mentioned that we spent over $30 which in that case we get free fried oreos She then says you are good customers I'll make them meaning that wouldn't matter we spent over $30 Minutes later I see the owner almost put provolone on my sandwich & I have to say I wanted mozzarella Minutes after that I see the owner put mozzarella stick that I ordered in a bag with his fingers so unsanitary on top of all that the cook looked like he was high on something

The place was dirty when I went in there... For all the negative reviews that they get it's the same response allegedly from the owner Matt. But if you look at all of the reviews you will see that it's one response then it's a different response and then it's the same response as before it seems like he uses the same three or four responses instead of being genuine and caring about the customer. Are you tell the way he responds the way the business allegedly responds if it's allegedly the owner responding and it's not just a computer program or whatever that they don't really care about the customer.
