Put in an on line order and they claimed they never got it when I went to the store. Tell them what I ordered and they said they’d prepare my order. 25 min later, they still haven’t made my order. Asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds! You don’t have my food, why can’t I get a refund!!! After one full hour when they claimed to be making my food and did not, I finally get an order, take it home and of course, it’s not what I ordered and the pizza wasn’t even cooked!!!! No apologies, nothing. Terrible good and even worse service.

I like this Caesars Pizza Spot the staff is very friendly nice and it's very clean and shiny the only downside is the plain cheese pizzas never ready and hot to go I always have to wait but that's okay I had one the other day hot and ready and it was way too dry I'd rather wait for a fresh Saucy one 🍕
