I've been going to this studio for quite awhile and it has gotten me hooked on pilates. My butt has never looked this good, nor have my arms. I feel energized after every class. There is nothing like pilates for a womans body and Daniella knows what she's doing. She runs a great business and she continues to educate herself in her specialty. I really enjoy the group mat classes, but she also offers private sessions which are amazing.
