This cat cafe was very cute and clean! When I walked in we got assisted right away. The cats were very sweet, playful, and overall very lovely. I would not rate this cat cafe 5 stars for the pure reason it had no actual cafe part to it, besides the self serve coffee and other drinks with a Keurig. Self serve drinks was very nice because they had a large variety! But, if youre someone whos looking to get a little snack as well as play with kittens I suggest getting something to eat beforehand or after, but dont expect food here. It was very nicely decorated and I had a great time! I would recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful experience with this business. My attempt to adopt a cat has been wildly stressful, miserable, and unprofessional. When I went back to adopt the kitty I chose, she was in the cafe with other cats and guests. This is despite the fact that she was actively being treated for a potential ring worm infection. The staff was not aware of her medical issues, and was extremely unprofessional when I voiced my concerns about bringing her home while sick. I found out about what was going on when I arrived to take her home, where I was informed she was on multiple medications, and still had to be taken to a vet. Days later, still no visit to a vet. There has been a lack of medical care for the cat in question, and there has been almost no understanding on the part of the staff, and a shocking lack of communication. Im going to be removing my name and application from their services, and I suggest that you look elsewhere. The cats are beautiful, and the space is lovely, but know that you are not necessarily being given the full picture when you arrive. Proceed with caution, and make sure you are asking more questions than you think you need to. For a service that has such an in-depth and intense application, I expected more effort and professionalism. Note: when I was there initially I had a lovely interaction with the person working!! She was wonderful, but she clearly didnt know enough to give me the full picture.

Provides excellent help to the community re: TNR and cat adoption efforts and a lovely group of people are running the shop. Have fostered and now adopted through them and couldnt be happier!
