I ordered four different types of body butter ( this was back in 2013 but I never left a review) and my order arrived within a few days. I didn't have any problems then. *Updated May 2021* I placed an order in 05/03/21 & called the business on 05/18 because my order never arrived. I was told that my order would go out on the 20th at the latest. Its 05/29 and I’ve yet to receive my order. I filed a dispute with PayPal for a full refund and the business owner sent PayPal a UPS tracking number that was invalid on 06/02/21. PayPal issued me a full refund the same day after I called regarding the invalid tracking number. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM CHIC AFRIQUE !! Poor customer service skills and piss poor business practices.

I received my first order with no problems. The Ife butter smelled like heaven. My second order I did not receive a full order. I ordered four different butter and only got two butters. I e-mailed the place and never got an email back. Wont order again
