A client got me these chocolates as a holiday 'thank you' gift. I typically don't eat chocolate, but I figured I would give these a try. WOW! These are by far the best pieces of chocolate I've ever had. The chocolate identification pamphlet included in the box was extremely helpful and unique. The flavor of each and every piece of chocolate was clearly identifiable and delicious, as described in the pamphlet. I was blown away by the humble, yet rich taste of every piece. I typically don't write Google Reviews either, but the high quality and unmatched flavor of these chocolates compelled me to write this review. Well done - will definitely only eat John&Kira's chocolates from hereon out.

The chocolates are delicious, unique, and gorgeous. Packaging and presentation are beautiful as well - great special occasion gifts! But what prompted this review is their wonderful customer service - helpful and kind people ready to help via phone call (not email 3 days later). Two representatives helped me create, order, and ship perfect Mother’s Day gifts for both my mom and MIL. Thank you so very much!

I have ordered Valentine gifts and Thank You gifts since 2011. They have a 100% rating for delighting the recipients of those gift. I have only had problems with two deliveries in 10 years. The first time John answered the phone and resolved the problem without hesitation. Recently, I experience a small hiccup with packaging of Honey Bees. This time Kira answered the phone and resolved it immediately prior to Valentine Day. I highly recommended their products. They should be listed as one of the USA top chocolatiers!
