        Came here for the Harry Potter Exhibit at the Franklin Institute. Of course, we had to pay for parking upfront for 24 hours and when we went to pick up my car, it made an extremely loud banging "waaaaaahh" sound. Come to find out from tow truck and mechanic that my catalytic converter was stolen from under my car! Costing us $1500 for it, additional overnight hotel stays (since we are from out of town) not to mention the insurance premium increases we will need to pay in addition to the rental car costs as we still do not have our car back. No warning from the attendant lot, no sign posted that this has been an. Contacting the local police now as this is an ongoing issue here. DO NOT PARK HERE

        Best parking lot. The meter is fast now because someone fixed it and it's been recently re striped with all spots numbered. Attendant is the friendliest in the city and stays late until no one is parked in and always moves the cars to the front row. Make sure if you stay late and park in the back, that you give the attendant the key and ask him to drop it in your cup holder, otherwise you may have to pick it up from him earlier in the day.

        DO NOT PARK HERE! worst experience ever. we got parked in and there was no attendant in the office so we had no way to get out and were stuck in the parking lot for 5 hours. we tried calling the attendant to help us but he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. after an incredibly long process, we ended up having to call 911 to report the parking lot and have them come tow the car blocking us in so we could get out.
