They complete every job they start for me. I recently went on my roof after 3 years and wanted to do a visual inspection before the winter season kicked in. I knew I was over due for a aluminum reflective roof coating. Before hiring a contractor, I wanted to see the condition of the roof to see if it really needed the coat. Issue - What I saw was standing water one foot from the drainage hole, a divot where the water sat and accumulated. Since this was happening for about three years, the standing water eventually ate a hole through the rubber layers. Essentially there was a hole where water definitely leaked in or was going to start to. I also needed a new reflective paint coat too as the old coat was dull or not even reflective as compared to other visible roofs. Work Needed - So, I needed patch work and a new silver paint coating. Browsing Contractors - After calling 3 contractors. I picked MC Contracting and worked with Miguel. The man was honest to a T. In comparison to other contractors, one just flew a drone over my roof and gave me a quote he bragged about how many big jobs they do. The price was horrible as well, he didn’t even visually look at the roof with me. Brought no ladder. The other just was too pushy with a absurd price. Picked - MC Contracting. The price was reasonable and Miguel really spent time with me on my roof to look at the issues that existed and we went over everything throughly. He took notice of the patch work that needed to be done and explained in detail what he would do and of course, he pained the roof as well. Experience - Working with MC Contracting was great! You hear the word “Great!” thrown around a lot, but in this case, my experience was great and far exceeded my expectations. The workers were on time, clean, orderly and surprisingly quiet. I mention quiet because I now work from home due to COVID and they were working and patching the roof right above my head. I have to say, I am throughly impressed. In the end, the job was well done. I even inspected the roof after and where I saw a potential issue or noticed an area that required more work, MC came back to do what was asked and came again (3rd time) to ensure that the work met my standards. I HIGHLY recommend MC Contracting and will definitely look to them for all my house needs. Roof pics to be added soon.
