At this point I’m actually not sure if this place is ran by children or someone who has zero customer service/ English skills. Telling them what you want is almost impossible because it’s like they cannot hold a logical conversation or understand the words coming out of your mouth. Don’t even waste your time calling them.

I had an amazing experience at Nail Polish with Tee! She did my eyebrow waxing and I absolutely love it! Salon is very clean.

Overpriced. Called in advance to confirm they could do my nails in a specific way (UV gel fill) . Said yes, and I made an appointment. when I showed up, the place was totally empty, they didn’t have the supplies they said they did on the phone, and then the woman cut all of my nails down to the quick!! What’s more, I got charged $55 for basically a clear gel top coat - cash only. When I balked at the price and informed them that salons usually charge half of that, they said “well that’s not what we do here.” My nail beds hurt, I’m out $55 cash, and now I have to wait a month to get my nails to return to their original length.
